• The Gander guitar you have just purchased is warranted by Gander Guitars Ltd. to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, subject to limitations outlined in this warranty. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
• The neck is warranted against warping or twisting or shifting in relation to the body for the life of the guitar.
• The entire balance of the guitar is covered by a five year warranty from date of purchase by the original owner.
• If at any time, within the stated warranty periods, your Gander guitar malfunctions due to faulty materials or workmanship, Gander Guitars Ltd. will repair or replace the guitar at its’ sole discretion.

Conditions Not Covered
The Following Conditions May Not Be Covered and / or may cause the warranty to be void

• Any unauthorized modifications or alterations made to the guitar.
• Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, improper use, or unauthorized repair.
• Damage caused by extremes of temperature or humidity.
• Normal “wear and tear” such as worn frets, worn machine heads, worn areas in the finish of the guitar.
• Damage to the finish caused by temperature extremes or contact with harsh chemicals or solvents.

If warranty work is deemed to be required, we will then authorize you to return the guitar to us or to take it to a qualified repairperson in your area, at our sole discretion. They must then contact us to discuss the repair that is required and to obtain a “work authorization number” before proceeding. No warranty work may be done without such authorization, and work done without authorization may void your warranty.

If the guitar is shipped to us for repair, the owner is responsible for any shipping costs, including exess value and shipping insurance. In the event of unforeseen loss by fire, theft, or damage to your guitar while at Gander Guitars Ltd. our responsibility shall be limited to replacement of the guitar with a new guitar of the same or most similar style.

No representative or person is authorized to assume, on behalf of Gander Guitars Ltd., any liability except as stated in this warranty. Gander Guitars Ltd. makes no other express warranty of any kind. Gander Guitars Ltd. hereby disclaims liability for any incidental or consequential damages incurred from the use of this guitar.
